1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods (e.g., fresh flowers, plants), custom-made or personalized items, and gift cards.

Return Time Frame:

You have 7 days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. After this period, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at hamasatflowers@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Our team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Please do not send your purchase back without receiving authorization from us.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Partial Refunds:

In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted (if applicable), such as for items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. Non-Refundable Items

Perishable Goods: Due to the nature of perishable goods such as fresh flowers and plants, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Custom Orders: Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable, unless there is a defect or error on our part.

4. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for the same product (e.g., due to a defect), please contact us at hamasatflowers@gmail.com. Exchanges will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hamasatflowers@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a replacement or a full refund.

6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled. In such cases, you may need to follow our return process once you receive the item.
