What is your return policy?
At Flower Center L.L.C, we strive for your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.
All refund or exchange requests are subject to approval by Flower Center and are not guaranteed. To initiate a request, please contact us at info@flowercenter.ae or call 055 252 5823. Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after receiving the returned item.Note: Custom or personalized orders may not be eligible for a refund unless defective or damaged.
